Pasta with tuna and tomatoes
Recipe for pasta fusilli with tuna and tomatoes, suitable for a weekend lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 200 grams pasta
- 2 cans Tuna in brine
- 2 pcs tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- cheese for sprinkling

Directions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into small pieces.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Then add the tomatoes to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Then add the tuna without the brine, stir it and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Drain the finished pasta and add it to the pan with the tuna and tomatoes.
Stir everything together and let simmer for a while to combine the flavours.
Finally, garnish the pasta with tuna and tomatoes with grated cheese and serve.
