Old-Fashioned Quick & Easy Cheeseburger Pie
This delicious Cheeseburger Pie is a unique twist on the traditional burger, merging the robust flavors of a cheeseburger into a sumptuous pie dish. Ingredients
- 1 lb of lean ground beef
- 1 Cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 Cup original bisquick mix
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 eggs

Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a pan, cook the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
Spread the cooked beef mixture in a greased 9-inch pie plate, and sprinkle it with cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs with a fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour the mixture into the pie plate over the beef and cheese.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool down for 5 minutes.
Cut into wedges and serve the cheeseburger pie hot.
