Oil-free Dried Tomatoes
An excellent recipe for homemade preparation of dried tomatoes without using oil. This method of drying tomatoes is healthier and tasty.

- 1 kg tomato
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Step
Prepare the tomatoes. Wash the tomatoes and slice them into thin slices. Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and spices.
2. Step
Spread out the tomatoes. Arrange the tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Try to arrange them so that there is sufficient space between them.
3. Step
Dry in the oven. Put the tray with tomatoes into the preheated oven at 100°C. Dry the tomatoes for approximately 2 hours until they are fully dried.
4. Step
Let it cool down. Remove the dried tomatoes from the oven and let them fully cool down. Then you can store the tomatoes in the refrigerator or eat them right away.
