No-Bake Sour Cream Cake

In a bowl, we mix sour cream, vanilla sugar and sugar to your liking. I always put as much vanilla sugar as cream (so for 1 package of cream I give 1 vanilla sugar)

1. Step

In a bowl, we mix sour cream, vanilla sugar, and sugar to taste. I always put as much vanilla sugar as cream (meaning for 1 pack of cream I add 1 vanilla sugar).

2. Step

Stir until the sugar melts, and if necessary, add more sugar.

3. Step

At the bottom of the mold, we place ladyfingers, drizzle them with juice from a tangerine compote, evenly place tangerines and pour a bit of cream over it. We layer like this for at least 3-4 times.

4. Step

Finally, we cover the cake and set it aside for a few hours (best overnight) in the refrigerator.
