1. Step
Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely.
2. Step
Mix the minced meat with chopped onion and garlic, add eggs and breadcrumbs. Stir everything well.

We form balls from the meat mixture and fry them on a pan with oil on both sides until golden.

Put the finished meatballs onto a paper towel to remove excess oil.
