Lentil Spread with Parsley
Tasty, healthy and nutritious lentil spread with a refreshing taste of parsley is a great addition to any table. It's perfect for breakfast, but also as a quick and simple lunch.

- 200 g green lentils
- 1 pcs Larger onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pcs Chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ts salt

1. Step
Rinse the lentils and let them boil in a pot for 15 minutes.
2. Step
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Step
Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil in a pan.
4. Step
Drain the cooked lentils and mix with sautéed onion and garlic.
5. Step
Add chopped parsley to the mixture, add salt to taste, and mix well.
6. Step
We can serve the spread immediately or let it stand in the fridge and serve cold.
