- 250 g sugar

1. Step
Mix flour, salt, water, and honey. Knead with your hands. Roll out the dough in a pasta rack and spread with lard. Roll onto a rolling pin, then roll onto itself and let rest overnight in the fridge.

Mix cooked semolina and ricotta. While mixing, add eggs, sugar, vanilla, essences, and lemon peel. Let rest in the fridge overnight.

Preheat over to 160 C. Cut the pastry into slices and flatten into a cylindrical shape. Fill with filling, pinch shut, and bake for 20 minutes. Dust with sugar and enjoy!
