How to make stir fry chicken with broccoli?

Cut the chicken into thin pieces and place in a bowl.

Add light soy sauce, white pepper and cornflour, mix well and set aside.

Peel and crush the garlic, cut the onion into julienne strips and separate the broccoli into florets.

In a saucepan of boiling water, add a little salt and sugar. Blanch the broccoli for 1 minute, transfer to cold water and set aside.

In a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, fry the garlic and add the chicken. Cook until golden brown.

Add the onion and sauté for a minute.

Add the broccoli and add the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little dark soy sauce, sugar and white pepper.

Stir-fry for a couple more minutes and it's ready to serve. Enjoy!
