How To Make Simple And Delicious Sushi at home
Homemade Sushi is so much cheaper than at the restaurant. Sushi is easy and fun to make at home, and you can put all your favorite ingredients into your perfect custom roll — here’s how!
Ingredients
- 1 seaweed
- 1 sushi wrapper
- 1 salad cucumber
- 1 avocado
- wasabi
- ginger
- salmon
- yellow fin tuna
- cooked shrimp
- mayo
- shicimi
- ponzu sauce/soya sauce
- eel sauce of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon white sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of dashi

Directions
To start with, you need the right kind of seaweed. thick and perfect for rolling shushi. Spread the seaweed with a layer of prepared sushi rice.

Cutting the salmon for the sushi rolls. first, cut straight down through the filet, then cut that pice in half through the center so you have a small strip.

Place your desired ingredients on to the rice.

Roll it up tightly using a bamboo mat. If you dont have one, you can sort of use parchment paper or plastic wrap, but you wont be able to wrap it as tightly.

Use a sharp knife to cut the sushi roll into pieces.
