- 33⁄4 Cup vinegar

Clean and slice the chillies, and put them all in a big bowl. Add vinegar and salt, and stir. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then let sit for 24 hours. Afterwards, drain and dry the chillies, and put them in clean jars. Fill the jars with olive oil till full, then seal them and set aside.
