- 40 ml oyster sauce
- 40 ml Worcestershire Sauce
- 50 ml ketchup sauce
- 10 g sugar

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Add the oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and sugar. Mix well until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Step
Store in an airtight glass or plastic container in the fridge and keep for 3-4 weeks. Enjoy it with your favourite dishes!
