- 50 ml white wine
- 2 cayenne peppers
- 300 g tinned cherry tomatoes
- 70 g Iberian bacon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Step
Peel and finely chop half an onion. Put a frying pan on the heat and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add the chopped onion, season lightly with salt and fry over medium-low heat.

Cut the Iberian bacon into thick strips. Add to the onion and let it brown.

Add a couple of cayenne and 50 ml of white wine. Let it reduce for 5 minutes over high heat.
