- bitter cocoa

1. Step
Bring to a boil the cream with the honey and pour over the chopped chocolate. Stir until obtaining a shiny, silky consistency.
2. Step
Add the butter and the rum. Stir and let it cool.

Whip it for a few minutes to achieve a frothy consistency.

Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Take some of the mixture and with the help of a spoon roll it in your hands to form the balls.

Dip each ball in melted chocolate and then in bitter cocoa. Let the rum balls in the fridge before serving. Enjoy!
