Directions
Start by preheating your oven to 350° F (175° C).
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together your eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes light and frothy.
Add in your melted butter, milk, and vanilla, and whisk until combined.
Gradually add in your flour and salt, whisking continually until the batter becomes smooth.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spoon about 2 tablespoons of batter for each cone and spread it with the back of the spoon into approximately 5-inch circles.
Bake the cones in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the cones begin to turn a golden brown.
Working quickly, use a spatula to remove the warm circles from the baking sheet and roll them around a cone-shaped object (like a cream horn mold). Hold the cones in place for a few seconds to set their shape.
Transfer the finished cones to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
Once cooled, serve with your favorite ice cream.
