- 1⁄3 Cup sugar
- 1⁄3 Cup butter
- 1 Cup chocolate chips
Frosting
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1⁄2 spoon vanilla essence
- 1 Cup icing sugar
