How to cook Pan Fried Boneless Chicken Breast

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tbls butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or rosemary) for garnish

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
The chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side without moving them around.
Turn the chicken over, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (the internal temperature should be 165 degrees F).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
