- 1 Cup pepper blend
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cube stock
- 3 cups egusi
- 100 g dried fish
- 100 g ponmo
- 1 Cup goat meat stock
- 1 kg cooked goat meat
- 1⁄2 Cup ugwu leaves
- 1⁄2 Cup scent leaves

1. Step
Heat the palm oil. After two minutes add pepper blend, salt, stock, and stir. Bring to a boil, then add spoonfuls of egusi mixed with a little water into paste. Do not mix it into the soup, but let cook for 5 minutes.

Add dried fish, ponmo, and mix well. Then add goat meat stock, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
