Chicken
- 2 fillets boneless chicken leg
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Chinese wine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- white pepper
Paste
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 7 slices ginger
Rice
- 1 Cup Japanese rice
- 1⁄2 Cup glutinous rice
- pandan leaves
- 1 Cup chicken stock
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1. Step
Mix the chicken with the other ingredients and marinate for half an hour. Blend the paste ingredients together, then fry in oil for a few minutes. Put all the rice ingredients in your rice cooker. Add the paste and marinated chicken, and cook.
