- 2 carrots
- 15 g bean sprouts
- 30 g cooked corn
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
- 10 ml sesame oil
- 30 ml extra virgin cornicabra oil
- 15 ml soy sauce
- 15 g sesame or sesame seeds
- salt
- ground black pepper

1. Step
For the salad, remove the outer green leaves from the cabbage. Wash and dry the leaves in the centre, which are the most tender. Cut into thin julienne strips and set aside.
2. Step
Peel the carrots and cut them into julienne strips. Add the corn and bean sprouts. Mix all the vegetables well.
3. Step
For the vinaigrette, place the salt, pepper, vinegar, soya and sesame seeds in a bowl and mix. Add the oils and whisk until emulsified.

Pour the prepared vinaigrette over the vegetables and mix well.
