- 3 Potatoes (Grated)
- 1 Onion (Minced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon All purpose flour tbsp
- 1⁄2 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon water
- to taste salt

1. Step
Take 3 grated potatoes, 1/2 minced Onion and 1 clove minced Garlic. Soak the potatoes for 10 mins
2. Step
Boil pot of water, Add the drained potatoes to boiled water. . Cook for 2-3 mins

Spread shredded potato out onto paper towels
4. Step
Drain out the excess water, cool it in cold water and again drain the water
5. Step
Add onions and Garlic. Add Salt and pepper as per your requirement.Add 1 tbsp All purpose flour and 1.5 tbsp of corn flour and mix them

Take 2 Tbsp of mixture and flatten it
7. Step
Heat the oil on medium flame, add the flattened mixture and shallow fry them. Fry it for 3 mins on both the sides
8. Step
Drain out the excess oil and serve it
