- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoon oil
- salt
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon haldi powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon carrom seeds
- 1 Cup water

1. Step
Sift the flours into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients except for water, and mix. Gradually add water and knead. Let sit for 20 minutes.
2. Step
Make balls from the dough, dust in flour, and roll out. Poke holes in it with a fork and cut out a perfect circle with a bowl.

Heat a pan and lightly cook the tacos from both sides. Heat oil in a saucepan and put a taco in. Fold and hold it in the oil for a minute, and let fry. Repeat for all tacos.
