Homemade Greek Souvlaki with piadina chips recipe

Ingredients

- 600 g chicken breast
- 150 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried mint
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry rosemary
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- lemon juice
- salt
- ground black pepper

In a bowl, mix the oil, paprika and herbs. Combine a generous grind of black pepper and a pinch of salt. Take half a cup of dressing for the piadina chips and also add the lemon juice.
