- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 Cup milk
- 3⁄4 Cup sugar
- 4 yolk
- 11⁄2 spoon crème brûlée extract

In a saucepan, bring the cream, milk, and half the sugar to a simmer. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and remaining sugar together. Add the cream mixture to the bowl. Pour the bowl contents back into the saucepan and heat again. Cook on low heat. Remove from the heat and add the crème brûlée extract. Chill overnight, then put into an ice cream mixer. Serve with cookies and enjoy!
