Ingredients
- 1 Cup shelled pistachios
- 1⁄2 Cup softened dates
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Cup white chocolates
- 1⁄4 Cup dried blueberries
- 2 tpsp red gel food colour

Directions
Toss the shelled pistachios, softened dates, and a pinch of salt into a blender. Stop the blender when you see a large truffle ball form.

Now take small portions of the pistachio paste and roll them into small balls. Repeat this step with the leftover pistachio paste.

Melt your white chocolate in the microwave or by using the double boiler method.

Once done, coat your pistachio balls completely in the white chocolate using a spoon.
