  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum Added to
  • 50 g Desiccated Coconut Added to
  • 150 g semolina sugar Added to
  • 125 g butter Added to
  • 2 tablespoon Golden Syrup Added to
  • 2 tablespoon boiling water Added to
  • 112 teaspoon baking soda Added to
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Added to

Preheat oven to 160 C.

2. Step

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt butter and golden syrup in a pan on low heat. Turn off the heat, and add baking soda, water, and vanilla. Pour the wet mixture in the dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll the dough into small balls, place on a tray with parchment paper and flatten slightly. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
