Egg Soup with Sausage
An excellent and simple soup that is ready in no time, using ingredients you always have at home.
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 320 g Peeled potatoes
- 10 g butter
- 100 g Pairs
- 1100 ml water
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10 g Spelt semolina for kids
- washed and finely chopped parsley
- Scratch off
- salt
- Red ground paprika
- Maggi soup spice

Directions
We dry roast the whole cumin, add butter and let it melt. Add finely chopped onion and lightly sauté.
Chop the peeled potatoes finely. Blend a smaller portion of the potatoes, as it will be used to thicken the soup instead of flour. Add the rest of the potatoes to the onion along with the sliced sausage and simmer for a while. Cover with the rest of the water and add the blended potatoes as well.
Add salt, red ground pepper and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Once we have the potatoes cooked, we add scrambled eggs and semolina, and cook it together for a while. Finally, we add herbs and season with soup seasoning or add salt to taste. We take it off the heat and it's ready to serve. Enjoy your meal.
