Filling
- 2 lbs peaches
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄3 Cup brown sugar
- 11⁄2 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 spoon cinnamon
Topping
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1⁄2 Cup old fashioned oats
- 1⁄3 Cup brown sugar
- 3⁄4 Cup cold butter
- 1⁄2 Cup sliced roasted almonds
- 1⁄2 spoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 spoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄2 spoon salt

1. Step
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel and slice the peaches.

Put the peaches in a bowl, and add lemon juice, brown sugar, corn starch and cinnamon. Mix well.

Put the flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and almonds into a food processor, and blend together.

Add the cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and blend again.

Fill a greased baking pan evenly with the peach filling. Sprinkle all the topping on top and spread evenly.
