Lamb & Marinade
- 250 g lamb meat
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic
- 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 2 chopped red chillies
- 1 chopped birdseye chilli
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 100 ml water
- 3 spring onion

1. Step
Cut the lamb meat into strips. Put it in a bowl and add all the marinade ingredients. Mix and put in the fridge for at least one hour.

Heat oil in a pan and put half the marinated lamb in. Cook till brown, then add minced garlic and ginger, and mix it in. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, then take off the heat and serve!
