Easy homemade Vegan Aquafaba recipe

- 500 g raw chickpeas
- 11⁄2 l water

Wash the chickpeas. Then, cover with filtered water and soak for 8 hours. Do not change the soaking water.

After this time, discard the soaking water and put the beans in a pressure cooker together with the water. Then, close the pot and turn on the heat. As soon as the pressure cooker comes on, let it cook for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure come off.
