- 250 g flour
- 100 g milk
- 20 g butter
- 1 egg
- 5 g yeast
- 7 g salt
- 15 sugar

1. Step
Preheat oven to 180 C. Warm up the milk. Add yeast and mix. Set aside.
2. Step
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add the rest of the ingredients. Let sit for 10 minutes. Knead, then cover and let rise for 60 minutes.

Divide into 8 balls. Put each on a tray with aluminum foil. Let rise till double in size.
