- 1 Cup fresh mango
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 Cup water
- 1⁄2 Cup white or apple cider vinegar

- 1⁄4 spoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 spoon onion powder

In a saucepan or frying pan, heat the oil for a few seconds and add the habanero peppers, pineapple and mango, spices and cook for 8 minutes or until the fruit softens a little.
