- 180 g radishes
- 90 ml water
- 90 ml vinegar
- 1⁄2 spoon salt
- 1 spoon sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic

Put all the ingredients except the radishes in a saucepan. Heat and boil for one minute.

2. Step
Place the finely sliced radishes in a pot with the garlic, chilli and bay leaf. Cover with the water and vinegar mixture.
