- 2 carrots
- 1 courgette
- 2 egg
- olive oil
Spinach
- 1 volume spinach
- 1 garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- pinch salt
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sesame seed
For the sauce
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed
- 1 clove garlic
For the marinated meat
- 400 g beef
- 1 apple
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 1⁄2 spoon salt
- 0.1666666667 spoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 Cup water

Cook the white rice.

Cut an apple into pieces and put it in a bowl. Then add the soy sauce, salt, black pepper and water and mash well.

Put this mixture in a bowl together with the veal cut into small pieces and let it marinate for about 20 minutes.

Cut the carrots into thin strips and the courgette into thin slices. Sauté these vegetables in oil and salt for 3 minutes.

Boil the spinach for 30 seconds and transfer it to a bowl with ice to stop the cooking. Drain, chop and place in a bowl. Season with grated garlic, sesame oil, a pinch of salt and sesame seeds.
