- 1 onion
- 2 garlic
- 2 carrots
- 2 letters bay
- 2 tablespoon Crushed natural tomato
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- pinch Chilli Powder
- a dash honey
- 1 glass red wine
- 1⁄4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 300 g canned peas
- 1 kg beef

1. Step
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Place them in a frying pan with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the sliced carrot, diced meat, crushed tomato and spices. Mix together.
