Easy Decadent Gluten Free Cake Chocolate

Ingredients
- 13⁄4 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 11⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 11⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3⁄4 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 11⁄2 cups crystal sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 Cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 Cup hot water

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar until well combined.
Add the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla tothe dry ingredients. Using an electric mixer, beat on low speed until the ingredients are just combined. Increase the speed to medium and continue to beat for 2 minutes.
Gradually add the hot water to the batter while continuing to mix on low speed. Beat until the batter is smooth and well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, you can frost the cake with your favorite gluten-free icing or enjoy it as is.
