  • 1 medium onion, chopped Added to
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Added to
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced Added to
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced Added to
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into matchsticks Added to
  • 1 Cup of sliced mushrooms Added to
  • 3 spring onions, sliced Added to
  • 2 tbls of soy sauce Added to
  • 2 tbls of honey Added to
  • Sesame seeds and extra spring onions for garnish Added to

1. Step

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

2. Step

Add the pork mince and cook until browned. Use a spatula to break up the mince into small pieces. Once browned, remove from pan and set aside.

3. Step

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, add the onion, garlic, and stir-fry until softened.

4. Step

Then add the red and green bell peppers, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

5. Step

Return the pork mince to the pan and add the sliced spring onions.

6. Step

In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce and honey and then pour into the pan. Toss everything together until well combined and coated in the sauce.

7. Step

Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.

8. Step

Garnish with sesame seeds and extra spring onions before serving. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
