Easy Crispy Pork Mince Stir Fry
This quick and easy Pork Mince Stir Fry recipe is perfect for a midweek meal. It’s a healthy, flavorful, and delicious way to feed family or friends in less than 30 minutes. Full of colorful veggies, succulent pork mince, and a honey-soy glaze that ties it all together!
Ingredients
- 500 g of lean pork mince
- 2 tbls of vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 medium carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 1 Cup of sliced mushrooms
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 2 tbls of soy sauce
- 2 tbls of honey
- Sesame seeds and extra spring onions for garnish

Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the pork mince and cook until browned. Use a spatula to break up the mince into small pieces. Once browned, remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, add the onion, garlic, and stir-fry until softened.
Then add the red and green bell peppers, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Return the pork mince to the pan and add the sliced spring onions.
In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce and honey and then pour into the pan. Toss everything together until well combined and coated in the sauce.
Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and extra spring onions before serving. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
