- 17 oz coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon red curry paste

1. Step
Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Melt oil in a pan, and cook the chicken for 10 minutes. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes.
