Delicious Macaroni and Cream
A simple but absolutely delicious dish, macaroni and cream is a pasta dish that combines the richness of cooking cream with the simplicity of macaroni, seasoned with grated cheese and spices. Ideal for a quick and satisfying weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 400 grams Of macaroni
- 500 ml Of cooking cream
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cdas of olive oil

Directions
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente. This will take about 10-12 minutes, depending on the brand of macaroni you use.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the previously chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add the cooking cream to the pan and stir well until the garlic is integrated. Let the cream simmer for about 5 minutes.
When the macaroni is ready, drain it and add it to the pan with the cream. Stir well so that the macaroni mixes with the cream and garlic.
Add the grated cheese, stir continuously until the cheese is melted and well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
