Creamy Risotto with Peas
Creamy risotto with peas is a perfect meal for those looking for healthy and balanced cooking.
Ingredients
- 200 g Arborio rice
- 150 g peas
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 50 g parmesan
- 30 g butter
- 1 pcs lemon

Prepare all the ingredients. Rinse the rice under cold water and let it drain. Finely chop the onion. Rinse the peas.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until golden.
Add the rice to the pan and stir until the rice is glassy. Then add the white wine and stir until the wine has evaporated.
Gradually add the vegetable broth, one cup at a time, and stir until the rice absorbs all the liquid. Add another cup of broth and repeat until the rice is soft.
When the rice is soft, add the peas, butter, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Stir until everything is combined and a creamy mixture is formed.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve warm. Enjoy your meal!
