  • 400 g spaghetti Added to
  • 300 g raw prawns, peeled Added to
  • 2 tbls olive oil Added to
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Added to
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes Added to
  • 250 ml heavy cream Added to
  • salt and black pepper to taste Added to
  • 2 tbls lemon juice Added to
  • A handful of chopped parsley for garnish Added to
  • 50 g parmesan cheese for serving Added to

1. Step

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Drain it and set it aside

2. Step

In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant but not browned.

3. Step

Add the prawns, season with salt and pepper and sauté them until they turn pink.

4. Step

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes until the tomatoes start to burst.

5. Step

Add the heavy cream and lemon juice and simmer until the sauce thickens.

6. Step

Stir in the cooked spaghetti. Let it cook all together for a few minutes so that the spaghetti absorbs the creamy sauce.

7. Step

Garnish with chopped parsley and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
