Crab Sticks and Cucumber Salad
Crab sticks and cucumber salad is an easy to prepare and tasty salad idea. I have made it more than once for various occasions, always with great success. It is perfect for family gatherings, parties and dinners. The crab sticks give the salad its tenderness, and the cucumber adds a refreshing freshness.

Directions
We start by chopping all the ingredients. Cut the crab sticks into smaller pieces, but not too small - they should be the center of our salad. I recommend dividing each fingerling into 3-4 pieces.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes. If you like more pronounced flavors, my advice - do not peel it. This adds a distinctive flavor to the salad.
Finely slice the onion and toss it in a bowl along with the cucumber and crab sticks. If you are not a fan of onions, you can omit them or add less.
Chop the dill finely. It is important that it is fresh. It gives the salad an unusual aroma and flavor. We add it to the other ingredients.
Finally, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. There is room for experimentation here. If you prefer lighter dishes, change the mayonnaise to natural yogurt.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. The salad is ready.
