Classic Homemade Ultimate Veggie Pizza
This Ultimate Veggie Pizza lets you devour your favorite vegetables in the purest and yummiest way possible! It's a burst of flavors with a generous sprinkle of cheese making it an all-round, well-loved dish. This homemade pizza is customizable, satisfying and perfect for gatherings or a family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 ready-made pizza base
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 Cup sliced red pepper
- 1⁄2 Cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 Cup chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1⁄2 Cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1⁄2 Cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1⁄2 Cup pitted black olives, sliced
- 1 Cup spinach leaves
- 1⁄2 Cup tomato sauce or pasta sauce
- 2 tbls olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Directions
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) for at least 15 minutes.
Take the pizza base, apply olive oil evenly all over the base.
Spread the tomato or pasta sauce over the base leaving a 1/2 inch border.
Distribute half the mozzarella cheese over the sauce on the pizza base.
Now arrange the bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, onions, and spinach evenly over the cheese layer.
Sprinkle with salt and dried Italian herbs.
Top it off with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese looks bubbly and edges are nicely brown.
Let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
