Classic Beef Tartare Recipe
Prepare a traditional Danish meal, beef patty with toast and other tasty ingredients!

- 500 g ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 50 g caper
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoon pickled beets
- cornichons
- 4 teaspoon grated horseradish
- 4 yolk
- 40 g butter
- 4 slices toast

1. Step
Form four patties from the meat and put them on top of the toast slices. Season with salt and pepper. Melt butter on a skillet, and fry the toasts, patty side down, till golden brown. Then flip and fry the toast side till crispy.
