Chocolate liqueur
You have to take some time to prepare the chocolate liqueur. It's not exactly easy, but the result is worth it.
Ingredients
- 200 g Quality dark chocolate
- 1 a piece vanilla pod
- 1 l milk
- 350 g sugar
- 1⁄2 letter Alcohol

Grate the chocolate on a grater.
Bring the milk, sugar and scraped vanilla to the boil. Then add the grated chocolate and let it melt over a low heat.
When the chocolate has completely melted, remove the milk from the heat and allow it to cool. It should take about an hour, but try to check it occasionally to make sure it hasn't completely cooled.
Add the alcohol to the cooled milk and stir well. This is a crucial step, so in any case do not shorten the mixing time.
Pour the finished liqueur into a bottle and leave it to infuse for at least a week in a cool, dark place.
