- 500 g clams
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 Cup chicken stock
- 1 Cup whipped cream
- 1 lemon
- 3⁄4 spoon salt
- 1 spoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 Cup Chopped parsley

Heat oil and melt butter in a pan. Saute the diced onion, then add minced garlic, chilli flakes, and chicken stock, and let simmer for 5 minutes. Then add whipping cream, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Once properly combined, add the mussels. Let cook, then add parsley and serve.
