Chicken roulade with spinach filling is an excellent main course that will delight every visit.
Ingredients
Roulade
- 4 pcs chicken breast
- 2 pcs olive oil
- 1 pcs Clove of garlic
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Filling
- 200 g frozen spinach
- 100 g grated cheese
- 2 pcs egg
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices, salt, and pepper.
In a pan with olive oil, fry finely chopped onion and garlic until they are soft and golden brown.
Add the frozen spinach and simmer until the water evaporates. Remove the pan from the heat and add grated cheese and eggs. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
Spread the spinach mixture evenly on the chicken breasts, wrap into a roulade and secure with a skewer or kitchen thread.
Transfer the chicken roulades to a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until they are golden brown and juicy.
