Chicken Meat with Vegetables in Tomato Sauce
A recipe for delicious chicken meat with vegetables in a tomato sauce, which is suitable for a festive lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Chicken meat
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Vegetables
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs paprika
- 2 pcs carrot
Tomato juice
- 400 g Tomato puree
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and melt a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts to the pan, which you have previously salted and peppered, and fry them on both sides.
While the meat is roasting, prepare the vegetables. Finely chop the onion, cut the pepper into strips and the carrot into rounds.
Transfer the roasted chicken breasts into a baking dish, cover the layer of chicken meat with vegetables.
In the pan where you roasted the meat, add tomato puree, crushed garlic, and sugar. Over low heat, warm it all together.
Pour this tomato juice into the roasting pan with meat and vegetables.
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and let everything stew together for approximately 40 minutes.
