- 500 g chicken breast
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (wild or cultivated)
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs Red pepper
- 150 g grated cheese
- 180 ml sour cream
- salt and pepper
- garlic spice

1. Step
First, lightly fry the onion in a pan until golden. Add the cubed meat and fry together for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with some garlic powder.
2. Step
We will add carrot and pepper cut into small cubes. (I usually cut the carrot into 2-3 parts and put it in the chopper and I cut the pepper by hand).

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
4. Step
Simmer everything together for about 10-15 minutes. Then stir in sour cream and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, grate cheese and stir well until it melts.
