- 300 g Self Raising Flour
- 40 g grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 125 g melted butter
- 250 g milk
- 1 egg
- 100 g chopped ham
- 125 g Corn kernels
- salt

1. Step
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Sift flour into a bowl and add all other ingredients. Gently combine. Grease your muffin tray or use muffin cases. Fill them 2/3rds full with batter. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool, then serve and enjoy!
