1. Step
Separate the yolks from the whites, whip the whites and set them aside for now. Whip the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add room temperature butter and whip again. Add curd cheese.

Gently mix the flour combined with the baking powder along with the egg white foam. Finally mix in the chopped chocolate.
